Opposite shopping and eating spots. Hot spring on top floor. Lobby with beautiful night sky view. Free yoghurt drink. Free washing machine in hot spring. Great sunset view facing the sea. Warm and comfortable atmosphere. Excellent breakfast with fresh seafood. Polite, efficient, and helpful staff. Shuttle service from the train station.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, right near the bridge where we could see the famous sunset. It was also conveniently close to the next JR station and the city center, making it easy for us to explore the area. The staff here were so helpful and friendly, and we were impressed that they could speak English. We loved the amenities provided in the room, like the heating and air conditioning, and the comfortable sitting area. The spa and wellness center was a great feature, with a sauna and hot spring bath that we thoroughly enjoyed. The free Wi-Fi and 24-hour reception were also very convenient.
We highly recommend this place to everyone.

This hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city near the river and close to some good restaurants. Guests can enjoy a lovely view of the bridge famous for its beautiful sunset. The lobby outside is also a great spot to enjoy a yoghurt drink and take in the night sky. Plus, the hotel offers a free washing machine in the hot spring.
The staff’s English can be insufficient in communicating with guests, causing some misunderstandings during breakfast orders.

The hotel was located near the river and had a great view from the break room on the top floor. The onsen was amazing and free laundry services were a plus. The staff was very helpful and polite even during busy hours. The buffet breakfast was varied and well-prepared, especially the fresh seafood.
The hotel was a bit hard to reach from the train station, especially during snowy weather. The room temperature could be improved and the restaurant was not open for dinner.

I loved this hotel! The location is unbeatable, you can walk to everything or take public transportation easily. The breakfast was yummy and diverse, and the rooftop hot bath was breathtaking. The staff was so friendly and helpful, and the hotel was very clean and had excellent facilities like free washing machine and bottled water.
Liked everything, couldn't find any negative aspect about this hotel.
